Task

To develop a unique online store of upholstered furniture from Ukrainian and Polish manufacturers, ensuring sales based on an emphasis on expertise in the niche and features - a wide range of recliners and leather sofas.

Solution

Elaboration of the structure and functionality of the site based on an analysis of the business and product advantages allowed us to create a simple and convenient site with an emphasis on a unique selling advantage (USP) - a wide selection of affordable premium furniture, leather sofas and furniture with recliners and smart options.

  • To distinguish the company in a competitive market, based on the analysis of behavioral scenarios when purchasing furniture, the company’s capabilities and benchmarking of market leaders in a related niche, the block “How to view furniture?” was implemented. It not only answers one of the key questions of the target audience, but plays the role of additional conversion actions - it gives you the opportunity to choose: Visit the Showroom, Order a free taxi to the Showroom or an online video demonstration from the Showroom, a manager visiting your home or to the office or get free samples of materials. Displayed on the main and almost all pages, it works as a Lead Magnet, and is designed to raise the company’s service in the eyes of the buyer head and shoulders above many competitors and bring one more step closer to the purchase.

I decided to choose SWOT studio after several conversations with their manager. During this conversation, I saw their highest competence in the field of Internet marketing and website building, the ability to delve into the specifics of the product and market, and offer effective solutions. We created a new unique modern style, while leaving the brand recognizable. Home - creates the first impression when getting to know the company, focuses on features - strengths and marketing promotions, and also provides convenient navigation through categories and sections. All this answers the question “Why should you buy from us?”

2 Catalog

Convenient and informative display of products allows users to find out the priority information for selection without going to the product page. The effect when hovering over a product allows you to see other angles of the product, add it to the cart directly from the catalog and even see the dimensions. Advanced dynamic filtering allows you to instantly select the most suitable products based on all parameters of interest. Pagination speeds up the loading of the category page, which is positive for SEO.

3 Card Product

The product page contains all the necessary information about the product, a brief description and characteristics, a convenient slider, additional options, materials and colors of upholstery, and allows you to download a video review. Marketing blocks “Cheaper together”, “Other products in the collection” and “Related products” allow you to make upsells, increasing the order amount. And the expanded functionality of comments (reviews) with the ability to rate and attach a photo of a sofa in the client’s interior is one of the “features” of the site.

A total of 16 pages with a unique design. A well-designed Cart and Checkout ensure ease of ordering. The blog, in addition to regular pages, also has the functionality of video reviews. Reviews is an important page for SEO that contains a summary of all reviews on the site. Other information sections capture the user's attention and provide the user with the information necessary for making a choice in an intuitive form.
