Task

To create the most convenient service for ordering services in Ukraine with a wide range of categories and the ability to work with a large number of users.

Solution

Thanks to 100% immersion in the project, we were able to create a convenient and modern service, making solving complex problems simple. Modern, convenient from any device, simple, understandable and “transparent” - these are the characteristics of the service we have embodied in this project.

The guys have developed a convenient freelance service. We were able to develop our own/distinctive style and create a simple interface for a complex project. They immediately came up with a new interesting brand. We tried to simplify complex things and make them more understandable, and look for better solutions. I liked the final result of the project. I'm happy with the work!

1 Home page

Allows you to immediately proceed to creating a task in the category of interest or select a category from the list and go to the catalog. The advantages block allows you to make sure of choosing a site. And the block “How does it work?” shows that any task for both the Customer and the Contractor is solved by the service in 3 simple steps.

2 Catalog

The category page contains convenient filtering and transitions to other categories, because... one user can order/complete tasks in several categories. And also a simple and informative output of tasks in a list, where for each task the key information necessary to understand whether the Contractor is interested in it or not is briefly displayed.

3 Create a task

The job creation page contains all the basic information for the contractor, category: description, timing and price, and for delivery categories also the choice of items “A” and “B”. We deliberately did not overload the interface with too much information, but simplified many details, indicating only the important ones for determining the cost and choosing a contractor, because Most of the details are already agreed upon directly.
On the page of the created task, Contractors can leave their rates for the task and comments on the proposed service, and the Customer selects a Contractor based on these proposals.

4 Personal account

The personal account contains all the user information both in the role of Contractor and Customer. Basic performance indicators on the service, reviews and personal data of the user with the ability to change them, except for the phone number, which is the main user identifier on the service. Ability to pay bills and purchases with a premium account.

5 Blog

The blog contains useful information for users on how to effectively use the service's capabilities.

6 Responsiveness

Using the web service is convenient at any time and place, from any device. Particular emphasis was placed on smartphones; even in a traffic jam or subway, the user will be able to use the site.
