Task

We are faced with a difficult task - to create a website that will allow us to sell premium cabinet furniture to order, reveal to the client the value of the product in order to justify why he is paying not $2000, but $5000, and ensure remote sales or bring them to the salon.

Solution

An in-depth analysis of the specifics of the business, product and competitors, as well as the target audience, allowed us to formulate a unique selling proposition (USP) and implement an emphasis on it in the structure and functionality of the developed website, embodying all the client’s wishes.

I spent a long time choosing a contractor to create a new expensive corporate website. I settled on SWOT for several reasons:
- they are the only ones who regularly called back after the first conversation and offered cooperation;
- without even making a penny in advance, their Skype specialist gave me enough time to dive into the specifics of my business, understand the tasks I set for the site and formulate a detailed technical specification. Sometimes it seemed to me that the guys were more into my business than I was))
- valuable (and logical) recommendations were presented for developing the site so that the site would turn out not the way I want, but the way the market would like it to be;
- a convenient payment method divided into 6 payments. This made it possible to look at a more expensive product without thinking about how to quickly take money out of the business.
During the work, my expectations were met: the well-coordinated SWOT team completed the work stages on time, always answered calls and promptly texted me on Skype, and often prompted me regarding issues that required my solution.
The site turned out to be decent and beautiful. I hope it will be sold after the launch.

The unique design of the main page is made with an emphasis on simple site navigation, clear positioning and brand benefits, as well as manufacturer marketing campaigns. Development of a style consistent with the brand positioning in the premium segment of cabinet furniture, based on the analysis of successful examples (benchmarking) in other related niches, in particular upholstered furniture. This made it possible to obtain a style that corresponds to the owner’s vision, as well as a positive first impression for the user when visiting the site.

2 Catalog

The image banner complements the category name. Convenient filtering and custom functionality of 3 configurations for each product allow you to quickly filter products by parameters, only in the configuration you are interested in. The main emphasis remains large, high-quality photographs of products on the catalog tiles, which are made quite large.

3 Card Product

A slider with a wide-format main photo allows you to upload 5-10 photos and allows the user to view detailed products. This is the best solution to show such an expensive, large and complex product. Such a simple step increases confidence in the product, because... the manufacturer is not afraid to show every detail, demonstrating responsibility for quality. The ability to select ready-made product packages simplifies selection. The functionality of the card allows you not only to show the description and characteristics, but also to obtain information about each of them, as well as all the options for individual product components (options): countertops, handles and facades. A specially designed calculator allows you to find out the cost of the countertop not only based on the selected material, but also the thickness of the countertop. Additional marketing blocks allow you to upsell related products, and also not to lose a user who did not like the product he was viewing, transferring him to another or promotional product. Reviews complete the product card and allow you to confirm your choice.

4 Order

Since most of the order details are agreed upon with the manager, filling out the application is as simplified as possible and takes place in a pop-up with information about the selected model (name and thumbnail) and price, as well as filled-in customer contacts.

Well-developed informative sections of Materials and Components with an emphasis on high quality and a wide range, allowing you to select materials to suit every taste and create the kitchen of your dreams.

6 Careers

The Vacancies section contains a display of vacancies; below them there is a form with the ability for the user to attach a resume. The form data is sent to the manager’s email.

7 Other pages

Information pages About the company, Payment and delivery, Guarantees - are conveniently filled with text and graphic information. The page for designers converts new partners. And the partner’s Personal Account contains educational information and displays order statuses to simplify interaction. A blog allows you to fill your site with articles on current topics for content marketing and SEO. The Contacts page has the ability to fill and edit information about salons, as well as indicate their location on the interactive map. A total of 15 unique designs were made. In-depth study made it possible to realize all the Client’s wishes and provide a wide range of tools for his further work.
