Create a website for the women's medical center "Mama" to become No. 1 in the geographic segment and emphasize their uniqueness, with a moderate budget for a quick start and a convenient admin panel, so that content can be filled without being tied to the developer. At the same time, it should be possible to develop a new website in terms of structure (adding new services and sections, such as a blog, news, etc.) and promotion, because the business has ambitious plans to expand its geography in Ukraine, up to the most competitive cities.

We created a website design style based on the Gbar style example. On the first screen is the Main slider with image banners, conveying the message that this is not a medical center, but a “women’s club” to combat the negative stereotype of a hospital, cold and soulless. The main services are conveniently presented below, because... there are not many of them and they all occupy only 1 screen, this made it possible: firstly, to show the center’s specialization for a certain list of services, which implies high professionalism in them, and secondly, to shorten the user’s path by 1 step and not create a separate catalog page , which increases conversion; thirdly, the latter, in turn, also made it possible to optimize the budget in favor of better development of service pages. Next, in the “About the medical center” block, its concept and unique selling proposition (USP) are conveyed, after which reviews are shown to increase trust. The footer on all pages contains contacts and an interactive map on how to get there.

2 Service card

The services page was created based on the behavioral scenarios of the target audience (UI/UX), moving away from formalities, we step by step work through the negative stereotypes of hospitals and the fear of doctors, showing that when a woman gets to the medical center, she is surrounded by care. The first screen is greeted with a slogan for each service, followed by a short message to set up a record button. On the next screen is an extended non-formal description of the approach to working on the service, imbued with love from the creators. Next are the service steps and price list, conveniently filled out in the admin panel. The page ends with testimonials showing the final point of the journey through a positive experience. All this gradually removes fear and uncertainty and leads to conversion. Almost every screen contains capture buttons, allowing users to convert the moment they are ready to order.

And also a block of partners, where well-known brands are presented, indicating the seriousness of the clinic and psychologically equating its level with the level of partner brands, which increases trust.
